How we work
Most technology projects fail in the first two steps, long before anyone writes code. So that is where we spend the time.
We sit with the people doing the work. Stock counts, order entry, invoicing, shift handovers. We read the data behind them and find where time and money leak out.
You get a written plan: what to buy ready made, what to build, what to leave alone. With costs, sequence and the reasoning behind each call. You can hand it to another vendor if you want to.
We implement the platforms and write the software that sits between them. ERP, e-commerce, POS and PMS stop being separate islands and start passing data to each other.
Anything a person does the same way twice becomes a scheduled job. Order imports, invoice dispatch, stock sync, daily reporting. This is also where AI starts doing real work rather than demos.
